Chef Cheez began learning the food business in his father’s recreational concession stands, working across food prep, cooking, and customer service. Those early years shaped a way of doing business that puts people first.
With more than 20 years of food experience, he went on to found My Southern Eatery. That work included food service for 100 Black Men of Atlanta, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and Metro Atlanta high schools.
Chef Cheez Cuisine carries that family legacy forward through event catering, personal chef services, and meals that make guests feel welcome.
